Jeremy Freeman

As Development Director, Jeremy is the first point of contact with ANZAED and can assist members with any enquiries or issues. Importantly, Jeremy is also assisting ANZAED develop its range of member services as well as in advocating for the needs of clinicians, researchers and others to better understand and support people with Eating Disorders.

Jeremy has worked for several years as a clinical psychologist, specialising in child, adolescent & family work and in eating disorders in the public and private sector. He has qualifications and experience in health management and administration. He recently worked for the Centre for Eating & Dieting Disorders (CEDD) as Service Development Officer where he has organised workshops, online training and convened Eating Disorders: Meeting the Challenge Sydney 2010 conference. He has chaired the ANZ Eating Disorder Professional Development Committee and consults with the National Eating Disorder Collaboration. As such he brings a range of expertise to ANZAED as its inaugural Development Director.
